For your convenience, we deliver via Australia Post anywhere within Australia and internationally.

PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES

Please allow up to 3 days production time from the date of order for custom made items such as t-shirts and jewelry. Special orders (5 or more in quantity of a custom made product) and orders placed during peak periods may be subject to longer production periods. Should extra production time be required we will contact you via email.

When your order is dispatched, we'll notify you by email which will provide you with all the details you need to track your order.

PARCEL POST

Please allow up to 10 days from date of dispatch for delivery of your order.  Remote and country areas may take longer and delays of this nature are out of our control.

EXPRESS POST

If your item is for an address outside the Express Post network, Australia Post will use the fastest possible transport links, but it won't be covered by their Next Day Guarantee.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international shipping charges will be calculated at the checkout.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES

International shipping charges do not include possible taxes and charges imposed by the country of origin or destination. The responsibility of costs incurred for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may occur rest solely with the customer.

CURRENCY & PAYMENT

All prices shown are in Australian dollars (AUD). All payments are billed in AUD. Currency conversions are set by your bank and any charges further to this will be made by your bank.
